Elderberries have long been a popular culinary and medicinal ingredient. They are usedto make cordials, jams and desserts, as well as teas and wines and to flavour spirits.
They are packed with antioxidants and vitamins, and are particularly high in vitamin C. They are often used in flu and cold remedies, and to boost the immune system and combat inflammation.
Our elderberries are supplied whole and are grown in Uzbekistan. They are supplied in a simple paper bag.
