Hibiscus has a variety of primarily culinary uses. Used for flavouring sweet dishes and drinks, it can be used as a tea as well as to colour and flavour cocktails, gin and spirits. It can also be used to make syrups and cordials. It has a lot of antioxidant flavanoids.
This Hibiscus is supplied as whole petals, which are grown in Nigeria (we also sell finely chopped hibiscus). It is supplied in a sinple paper bag.
